Branded computers are assembled like an assembled computer, but in mass production factories. An assembled computer is built by a technical person or by yourself. - You can choose your own component cofigurations. No need to pay for unwanted and costly components which are bundled with a branded computer which you no longer going to use.
- You can choose best international products of good quality to assemble your computer.
- You can get long time manufacturer warranty. Some manufacturers offer 3 to 5 years warranty on their components.
- In assembled PC, the after sales service is good and quick.
- You can select the components so that it will be easy to upgrade in future. It is much easier to upgrade to newer versions of hardware (say you want an additional graphics card for your newly bought LCD TV monitor)
- The components you choose to assemble the computer is of good quality and international brands. You can find details of each and every component, so that you can buy a perfect PC for your reqirement and budget.
- As the components are of differnet manufactures, the exterior of the whole PC will not look like a quality product.The colours will not match with other components and the brand names on Monitor, cabinet, CD/DVD drives, Mouse and keyboards will show different manufacturer names.
- As the assemblers are doing the business on idividual basis, they can not supply bulk quantities of PCs to corporates buyers.
Branded Computers
Advantages- Looks unique in design and looks professional.
- Can supply in large quatities to corporate buyers.
- If it is a good international brand, we can believe that they used good quality components to make their branded computers.
- Branded computers are actually an assembled computer in which you don't know the actual manufacturers and specifications of each and every components.
- The components are choosen by the branded computer manufacturer, so you need to pay extra money for unwanted additional facilities you no longer going to use.
- Most branded computers are difficult to upgrade in future.
- After sales support will take long time and procedures and more standardised charges
- Most of the time if any small damage or repair, they recommend to change the whole item. Some times that particular item will not be available, so that you need to buy new PC.
